Jon Guy, GuyCo’s president, founded the Guy Corporation in 2003. Jon has been in the custom home building industry for over 33 years, serving as vice-president for one of the top five home builders in Indiana before starting GuyCo. We are proud recipients of the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 Angel’s List Super Service Awards.

At GuyCo Homes we offer design services to meet all of clients’ needs, from custom home building to customized home remodeling. When it comes to your home, we offer to pricing options to help meet your needs within your budget: Cost Plus or Square Foot Pricing.
