Not only decades of experience in custom home building and remodeling, but professionals that can sit down with you from the very beginning and guide you through the process to completion. Our consultants understand how stressful a custom home build or remodel can be, and through their proven methods, work dilgently from day one to make the experience as stress-free as possible.  That is why we do have an initial consulting fee of $100. We want this to be an investment of your time and ours to ensure the best possible outcome. And, we will take the consulting fee and apply it towards your project at contract signing as a way of further solidifying our commitment to you.
