Your new home is covered for repairs outside normal maintenance and major structural defects. We can offer these assurances because we use only quality materials and construction techniques and select only trade partners who share our philosophy of excellence.

GuyCo Limited Warranty – GuyCo warrants your new home, room addition, or remodel to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for at least two years. If a defect occurs in any item covered by our warranty, GuyCo will repair or replace the item to meet or exceed the Customer Care Guidelines provided at the time of sale.
